Laser cutting is a process used exclusively on our Acrylic cards to create a unique shape and/or cut out. With this process we use a laser to cut through our ultra thick acrylic stock. The result is a clean professional custom shape. On our standard acrylic cards, the edges will have a color that is consistent with the stock. On our brushed acrylic cards, the edges will be an opaque black color. Laser cutting is a great way to create an extremely unique business card. For example, if you are in the photography industry you could design a card shaped like a camera. Or, if it’s feasible for your logo, you could use a cut out of your logo to the card to add interest to the design.
