Thickness refers to the width of the edges of the card. We measure the thickness of our cardstocks in either points or millimeters. 1pt is equal to 1/72 of an inch. Our stocks range from the 10.5PT digital printed cards to our 2mm thick acrylic or metal stocks. Our thickest paper stock is 38PT however we can create custom stocks that are thicker to meet your requirements. If you would like to use embossing we recommend selecting a cardstock that is 30 PT or thinner, however if you would like to use deboss we suggest selecting a cardstock that is thicker than 30PT. Please note that thickness is not directly correlated with card weight. Although a card may have a higher thickness, it may feel more pliable.
